HOW TO BOOK?
Step 1
File the contact form here (suggested) or text me to (682) 228-7670 to book your photo appointment.
Step 2
Provide full name, email address, property address + squarefeet, required services + date, and homeowner email address.

I will add everything to our calendars and send you an email with copy to the property owner, about how to prepare the property before my visit (if occupied), and the re-scheduling/ cancellation policy info.
I show up on time at the booked date and location for getting the best views and features of your listing. With the main purpose of making it glow and flow in the market.
Step 5
You will receive a folder link to see and download MLS size ready images within the next 24 hours, or on the agreed time according to your listing timeline.
Step 6
I will send you an invoice and your payment will be due on photos delivery date. If any delay, you will get a reminder the day after.
Step 7
If payment is not received by then, late payments fee may apply
(10% of total due).
Step 8
If you need to cancel or re-schedule it, please do it prior to 24 hours. Late notice fee may apply ($45).
